- get rid of ssh-vulnkey manpage to avoid strange autobuilder failure
- used MAEMO_* constants from gtkenums to make package buildable for Chinook and Diablo
- init.d: Start ssh daemon after osso-ipv6 to be able to use IPv6. Closes: #2653

A must-have app. I'm so used to have this installed that I thought it was here by default (I learned that it was not when, after having the device reflashed and wanting to log into a non-responding system, I had to install this first)
Must have. Can get CPU bound on the extremes (which in turn sucks the battery dry real quick), but very-very useful.
